MEDIASI KEPUASAN KERJA GURU PADA HUBUNGAN KONFLIK PERAN,STRES KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI (Studi pada SMK Pariwisata Triatma Jaya Badung, Tabanan dan Buleleng)
Abstract
The existence of a dual role in the teaching profession would create a conflict of roles and work stress within a teacher who had an impact on teachers, especially at the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment boils down to. Vocational School (SMK) Tourism Triatma Jaya who made the object of this study is that tourism vocational schools located in several locations in Badung, Tabanan and Buleleng. As a vocational school, in addition to learning theory in the classroom is also a practice that subjects should be given to the student. The consequence of this is that the burden of teaching teachers in the school is growing. Increased workload is not necessarily matched by balanced appreciation, which may cause the teacher to be disappointed, bored, depressed, apathetic toward his work and feel shackled by these routine tasks. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and PLS analysis with the data processing software Smart PLS. This study provides the following information: 1). Role conflict significantly and negatively related to job satisfaction of teachers, 2). Job stress but no significant negative effect on job satisfaction, 3). Berepngaruh role conflict negatively but not significantly to organizational commitment, 4). Job stress but not significant positive effect on organizational commitment, 5). Job satisfaction and significant positive effect on organizational commitment, 6). Job satisfaction is a perfect mediator role of relationship conflict and organizational commitment, 7). Job satisfaction is not a variable mediating the relationship of job stress and organizational commitment Goodness of Fit Evaluation results show that the information contained in the data 73.87% can be explained by the model, while the remaining 26.13% is explained by error and other variables that have not been included in the model.
