Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous between leadership and motivation on employee morale at PT . Xps Link Nusa Dua Bali . The number of samples in this study were 65 people in which this study is a population study . Data analysis techniques used include multiple correlation , determination , multiple regression , analysis of t - test and f -test analysis . From the analysis for the leadership variable (X1) obtained by t-test results (6,378) > t - table (1.6698) means that the hypothesis is accepted that there is a positive and significant effect between leadership (X1) on employee morale (Y) . Then for the motivation variable (X2) obtained by the t - count (-0.884) > t - table (-1.6698) rejected the hypothesis means that there is no positive and significant effect between motivation (X2) on employee morale (Y) . And based on the F - Test test results obtained f - count (23.499) > f - table (3.9959) , meaning no simultaneous effect between leadership ( X1 ) motivation ( X2) on employee morale (Y) at PT . Xps Link Nusa Dua Bali .
