Abstract

Observation of LPD expectation can anticipate problems early possible, and return operationals of LPD under the way step by step, and also motivate LPD to make enableness breakthroughs forwards. Internal Supervisor doobservation less walk maximally, procedure operational standard (Observation SOP) less adequate, professionalism still less. Related to thementioned conductedresearch of management criterion implementation effectiveness management and technique observation of LPD. Formula problem of research: what have is optimal of management implementation effectiveness management and effective observation technique of LPD? Target of research: to yield optimalisasi mount management implementation effectiveness and effective observation techniqueof LPD. Method Research, used data collecting technique that is: interview, observation and enquette. Data analysed descriptively to find effectivenessobservation. Result of research is observation of conducted LPD by applying observation technique is effective enough, and apply observation management is effective, and also TMP Rate is effective. This result a long way off from expectation that is very effective so that less optimal mount effectiveness observation of LPD.
