PENGARUH REKRUTMEN DAN PENEMPATAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA BPR SRI PARTHA BALI
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of recruitment on employee performance, the effect of placement on employee performance, and the magnitude of the effect of recruitment and placement on employee performance at BPR Sri Partha Bali. The population of this research is all employees at BPR Sri Partha Bali. Samples taken are as many as 48 people. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test used is t-test to test the partial influence of recruitment and placement on employee performance, and analysis of determination to analyze the influence of independent variables to dependent variable. Regression equation obtained: Y = 2,587 + 0,612 X1 + 0,294 X2. This model shows that: 1) there are positive and significant impact of recruitment on employee performance, 2) there is positive influence and significant placement on employee performance; 3) the amount of influence contributed by recruitment and placement on employee performance is 80,9%.
