PENGARUH INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN KEPEMILIKANASING SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI
Abstract
Basically the company's main goal is to maximize the company's value, the higher the value the more prosperous companies describe their owners anyway. A company should consider and develop Intellectual Capital owned. Intellectual Capital is the knowledge possessed by the human resources in the company, with increased resources owned company is expected to provide added value for the company that will eventually be able to increase the value of the company. When resources are owned creative and innovative company will be able to win the competition and become a competitive company and superior. In addition Intellectual Capital Companies must also consider strukturkepemilikan in companies such as the percentage of foreign ownership in the company that will provide supervision so as to increase kinerja perusahaan tersebut terhadap perusahaan. This study aimed to determine the effect on the value of Intellectual Capital companies with foreign ownership as a moderating variable in banking companies and financial institutions listed on the Stock Exchange Year 2012-2014. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The analysis tool uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the Intellectual Capital has no effect on the value of the company, while the interaction between foreign ownership and Intellectual Capital negatively affect the value of the company.
