Abstract

He purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leadership on the performance of the employees of Credit Cooperative Trinity Tuka; The influence of job satisfaction on the performance of Credit Unions Cooperative Trinity Tuka; The influence of leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of Trunk
Tuka Credit employees. The variables in this research are: independent variable (X) that is leadership (X1) and job satisfaction (X2), and dependent variable (Y) is employee performance. By using quantitative data and qualitative data, sourced from the primary data and secondary data with data retrieval techniques are: questionnaires and documentation. The sample in this research is employees of Credit Cooperative Tritunggal Tuka consisting of 63 people with data analysis technique that is: Data Quality Test, Test Validity of Research Instrument, Reliability Test of Research Instrument and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis for Hypothesis Testing. The results of the analysis show that: Leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance on Credit Cooperative Trinity Tuka. This shows the better the leadership, the employee performance will also increase; Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance on Credit Cooperative Trinity Tuka. This shows that if job satisfaction increases, employee performance will also increase; Leadership and job satisfaction have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the performance of employees in Credit Cooperative Trinity Tuka. This shows that if leadership and job satisfaction increase together, then employee performance will also increase.
