IMPLEMENTASI BUDAYA PERUSAHAAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN HOTEL DI LOVINA SINGARAJA
Abstract
Human resources is a key factor in determining the company's success in
achieving its objectives and treasures the most important and valuable is owned
by a company. Indispensable companies in maintaining employee performance.
The performance of employees who have been based on a strong corporate
culture will impact very well in their development individually and group. The
work environment is a variable that needs to be taken into account by
management in the hospitality industry experts in knowing the effect in improving
morale. The importance of knowing the effect of the implementation of the
corporate culture and working environment on the performance of employees in
existing hotels in Singaraja, especially in areas of north Bali that existing hotels
in Lovina Singaraja is an issue that will be discussed and the determination of the
sample using predetermined sample. The samples used were employees of several
hotels in the area Lovina Singaraja. Ststistik analysis used is Descriptive
Analysis, Test Validity and Reliability Research Instruments, Partial Correlation,
Analisisis multiple linear regression, Classical Assumption Test, Determination
and multiple t test and F test.
