MANAJEMEN PELATIHAN BERBASIS TALENTA
Abstract
This research is conceptual. The purpose of this study is to describe and identify
issues related to the development of talent-based management as a basis for
management training. Research approach to analyze and identify talent based
training management concept is a review of the literature. Researchers focused on
two things: knowledge and competence. The findings show that a) knowledge and
competence are the basis of individual performance success, b) the success of the
individual is central to the success of the organization, c) be the basis of
determining the individual talents training model employee.
