Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that consumers consider when using onlineGo-Jek services in Badung Regency. To analyze the most dominant factors that consumers consider using Go-Jek online services in Badung Regency. Descriptive analysis is used to analyze the data collected and used to identify the characteristics of respondents including gender, age, occupation, and income. The results of this study indicate that five new factors have been formed that consumers consider using online Go-Jek services in Badung Regency, which are as follows: Service Quality and Application Factors, Individual Factors, Price Factors, Social Factors, Lifestyle Factors. The most dominant factors that consumers consider in using Go- Jek online in Badung Regency is the Service Quality and Application Factor.
