PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING DI LPD DESA ADAT KEROBOKAN
The aims of this research is to analyze the effect of motivation and work environment to job satisfaction and work performance at village credit institution (LPD) of Kerobokan customary village. The samples of this research are the employees of village credit institution (LPD) of Kerobokan customary village consisting of 56 people. The analysis technique used is path analysis applying SPSS program version 17. The result shows that motivation has positive and significant effect toword job satisfaction. The work environment has effect toword job satisfaction; and work environment has positive and significant effect toword employees’ working performance. Motivation has effect toword employess’ work performance; and work environment has positive and significant effect toward employees’ work performance. This indicates that to increase the work performance of village credit institution (LPD) of Kerobokan customary village, they should pay attention to factors such as motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction. Manajement should pay attention to the improvement of motivation, work environment, and satisfaction. Development of motivation and employees’ satisfaction can be done by upgrading the promotion of employee. Enhancement of work environment can be done by reducing noise, fixing the quality of air and improving the relationship quality with co workers.
