This study aims to analyze the Effect of Work Environment and Practical Learning Methods on Learning Motivation and its impact on Student Learning Outcomes of Diploma I Students in the Food and Beverage Study Program AK. MAPINDO academic year 2018/2019. The respondents of this study were all Diploma I students of the AK Culinary Studies Program. MAPINDO in the academic year 2018/2019 with 80 students. The sample uses saturated sampling. Data collection methods using interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique in research uses Path Analysis techniques. Respondents' answers will be processed using a Likert scale. Further analysis was carried out using Path Analysis assisted by the SPSS 23.0 for Windows software program. The results of the study on path 1 analysis test showed that the work environment and practical learning methods had a positive and significant effect on student motivation in Diploma I culinary studies. MAPINDO academic year 2018/2019. The magnitude of the influence of the work environment and practical learning methods on learning motivation amounted to 39.3% and 43.1%. And the results of the research in the path 2 analysis test shows that the work environment, practical learning methods and learning motivation have a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. The magnitude of the influence of the work environment, practical learning methods and learning motivation on learning outcomes is 18.7%, 19.1% and 51.3%. Learning motivation as a variable between positive and significant effect mediates the relationship between work environment and practical learning methods on student learning outcomes Diploma I culinary study program AK.
