VALUASI SAHAM PT MULTIFILING MITRA INDONESIA TBK DALAM RANGKA MEMBERI REKOMENDASI KEPADA INVESTOR UMUM

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine stock price and fair intrinsic value at PT.Multifiling Mitra Indonesia Tbk and give recommendation for investor to make a purchase decision. The information used in this research is secondary data obtained from IDX website and Phillip Security. The method used in this research is comparable method and Ben Graham method. The result of this research through the comparable method is undervalued and recommend to buy where the stocks are considered market outperform with yield 295%. While the results of the Ben Graham method recommended to hold because in the research, PTSN only get 4 points out of the 8 criteria.
