PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIR DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP LOYALITAS PEGAWAI PADA BADAN KESATUAN BANGSA DAN POLITIK KOTA DENPASAR
In terms of achieving organizational goals, the organization needs to pay close attention to career development as well as positive organizational culture for its employees so that employee loyalty to the organization becomes high. Based on the background, then the problem is whether there is influence of career development on employee loyalty of National Unity and Political Agency of Denpasar, is there any influence of organizational culture on employee loyalty of National Unity and Political Board of Denpasar City and whether career development and organizational culture influence together against the loyalty of employees of the National Unity and Political Agency of Denpasar. The results of this study obtained multiple linear regression analysis showed that career development and organizational culture have a positive effect on loyalty with the equation Y = 2.203 + 0.897X1 + 0.613X2, the value of correlation coefficient (R) of 0.812 which means there is a very strong relationship and R2 of 0.659 which means independent variables of career development (X1) and organizational culture (X2) can influence loyalty (Y). F test results obtained significance value of 0.000 <α = 0.05 means career development (X1) and organizational culture (X2) simultaneously significant effect on loyalty (Y). Result of t test, the value of career development variable significance (X1) 0.000 <α = 0,05 means career development (X1) partially significant to loyalty (Y) and significant value of organizational culture variable (X2) 0.000 <α = 0 , 05 means organizational culture (X2) partially significant effect on loyalty. From t test can be seen that career development (X1) have more dominant influence from organizational culture (X2), because it has bigger t count value that is equal to 5,610.
