PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL DAN PERTUMBUHAN USAHA TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PADA 10 PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN DENGAN LABA TERBEAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2013-2017
Bank is a financial institution that encourages the growth of the national economy. The banking business is not only a store and lender, but also the creator of the means of payment, monetary stability, and the dynamics of a country's economic growth. Banking is one of the most important economic sectors in Indonesia's economic development especially in the free market and globalization. Banks are one of the economic veins of a country, without a community bank we can’t save and send money, obtain additional business capital or conduct international trade transactions effectively and safely. The research was conducted on ten Banking Companies with the biggest profit listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017, the method used in this research is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Data collection is documentation. Analytical technique used is Path Analysis technique (path analysis) by using SPSS. Based on the analysis results found that the Capital Structure (DER) has a negative and significant influence on Profitability (ROA), Business Growth (Asset) has a positive and significant influence on Profitability (ROA), Capital Structure (DER) has no influence on Business Growth (Asset ) and Capital Structure (DER) through Business Growth (Assets) have no influence to Profitability (ROA) on 10 Manufacturing Companies with the biggest profit listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017.
