PENGARUH REKRUTMEN DAN PENEMPATAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. PANGAN LESTARI CABANG DENPASAR
Abstract
Along with the development of the era, competition in the business world has become increasingly stringent. Not only products and services that are prioritized, but quality human resources are also needed to be able to compete at this time. To get quality human resources, one of the steps that needs to be taken is to recruit and place properly so that the desired resources are obtained. This study aims to: 1) analyze the effect of recruitment on employee performance, 2) the effect of placement on employee performance, 3) the magnitude of the influence of recruitment and placement on employee performance, and 4) variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Pangan Lestari Denpasar Branch. The population of this research is all employees at PT. Pangan Lestari Cabang Lestari totaling 83 people. The samples taken were all employees so that it was census research. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis test used is a t-test to test the effect of partial recruitment and placement on employee performance, and analysis of determination to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Regression equation obtained: Y = 10.814 + 0.303 X1 + 1.075 X2. This model shows that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of recruitment on employee performance, 2) there is a positive and significant influence of placement on employee performance, 3) the amount of influence contributed by recruitment and placement on employee performance is 52.5%, and 4) placement is a variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. Pangan Lestari Denpasar Branch.
